Health Improvement
TML Intergovernmental Employee Benefits Pool offers two Health Improvement Programs in support of our commitment to provide excellent service to our members. We offer both Diabetes and Cardiovascular Health Improvement Programs designed to educate our members and to provide information and resources that may help in self-management and reduction of complications from these disease states. These programs are provided at no cost to you.
As a participant in one of these programs you will receive educational materials in the mail. In addition you may receive a telephone call from one of our Healthy Initiatives Nurses. TML IEBP's goal is to empower members to make better choices and take the initiative in improving their health. To accomplish this goal TML IEBP encourages preventative health measures and provides reinforcement of good health practices along with recommendations for change.
The programs are voluntary and you may choose not to participate. To indicate your choice to not participate in these programs, we require that you sign a form designating your choice. Please be aware that there may be a reduction in your health care benefits if so designated by your benefit plan.
