TML IEBP provides Medical Benefit coverage to qualified political entities in Texas. Participating employers can choose either PPO or Indemnity plan designs and have the ability to customize Copays, Deductibles, Out of Pocket Amounts and Benefit Percentages.

TML IEBP understands the challenges facing political entities and strives to manage participants' dollars as efficiently as possible. Instead of simply paying claims, TML IEBP focuses on managing claim costs. TML IEBP uses a wide array of custom programs to identify duplicate or erroneous billings. Other cost saving programs used by TML IEBP include the Preferred Lab program, Medical Management and the Healthy Initiatives Disease Management program.

In addition to standard medical benefit plans, TML IEBP offers an Alternate benefit plan. This plan provides In Hospital benefits and has options for Dental or Vision coverage.
